The fixed die part of the fine nozzle die is generally composed of three steel plates, so it is also called "three plate die". The three plate die is the simplest structure in the fine nozzle die.
Hot runner mold: the structure of this kind of mold is basically the same as that of the fine nozzle. The biggest difference is that the runner is located in one or more hot runner plates and hot pump mouths with constant temperature, and there is no cold material demoulding. The runner and gate are directly on the product, so the runner does not need demoulding. This system is also known as the no nozzle system, which can save raw materials, and is applicable to the situation where the raw materials are more expensive and the product requirements are higher, Difficult to design and process.
