1. Don't rush to paint when you get the product. You should understand the product structure, understand the dimensional accuracy requirements of the product, the type of product material, whether there is a clear stamping direction, and the number of products.

2. When preparing the process, it is best to use simulation analysis software such as AF or DF for analysis to obtain specific parameters to facilitate communication with customers. At the same time, it can also understand the rationale of the product process before opening the mold and reducing testing. Modular period. 3. In the design of Auto Parts Mould, the design points of continuous molds have priority over floating material structures, and smoothness must be ensured. 4. When the product size has special requirements or the tolerance level is high, the mold structure that completes this process should be as movable and adjustable as possible to facilitate the subsequent mold movement.

5. In order to ensure uniform force and elasticity, the elastic parts in automobile molds usually use nitrogen gas springs. However, it is necessary to discharge the number of springs based on the CAE analysis of the pressing force value.

If the springs in the mold are arranged too densely, the product is prone to breakage and the tonnage of the press needs to be increased accordingly. If the spring is too small, the product is prone to wrinkling.

6. After the mold design stage is completed and processed, mold clamping and debugging are required. The first clamping of the fitting fitter requires special attention to the upper and lower clamping speed, especially during the stretching process. A fuse needs to be placed to detect the height of the material thickness and then load the material after making sure that the height is equal to the material thickness.

7. Please note that when testing the product, the reference hole and reference surface of the part must be exactly the same as the mold surface, then the product can be put on the inspection machine to test the size or send the CMM for 3D report, otherwise the test is meaningless.

8. When closing the mold, before opening the cutting and making the CMM report, it must be ensured that the mold assembly rate tested by Hongdan is higher than 80%. In special cases, such as the fit of the reference hole and the reference surface is already very good, and the product has been stabilized, the fit rate level can be appropriately reduced. But in any case, the Hongdan inspection must be carried out, otherwise the problems in the later stage of the experimental model will not be solved.

8. Proofing specification: use laser tape for shaping and shaping proofing to meet 100% customer requirements. Before starting the laser tape, the mold structure must be adjusted to ensure that the product is stable and the dimensional tolerances are acceptable, otherwise it is meaningless. 10. For very complex products, 3D laser products are required. Before 3D laser processing, the 3D drawing of the product must be completed, positioning in the form of CNC spot welding, and then the laser is sent, and the laser processing also needs to add sand for positioning.
