Mold engineer is responsible for preparing DFM and checking injection mold structure in detail. If there is any doubt, it needs to be clarified on the spot. If something goes wrong, it needs to be recorded and corrected in the mold test table.
1. Check the water connection method of injection mold and set injection parameters
The water connection method, mold temperature setting, barrel temperature setting and injection conditions must be checked one by one. Non conformity needs to be corrected immediately. If it cannot be corrected immediately, it needs to be recorded in the mold test table so that the problem can be improved during the inspection.

2. Fill the product to 90% - 95%
It is necessary to estimate the size of the product before ejection. According to Moldflow conditions, the pressure maintaining switching position will be advanced. The product needs to maintain zero pressure. First, the product is shot to a stable state of 90% - 95%, and the screw storage material is kept at about 10% (when the injection mold has multiple cavities, you need to check whether the feed in each cavity is uniform, otherwise, you need to leave samples for mold adjustment), and then slowly increase the pressure until the best appearance of the product is achieved.

3. Confirm size and appearance
Adjust the structure and appearance, fine tune the injection parameters, and inject the required number of samples (confirm that there are no injection defects such as shrinkage, burr, insufficient filling) under the z-best condition of the appearance structure, and record the molding condition table for the next use. If there are problems that cannot be solved, sample records need to be kept to check and improve measures.
