1. We must look at the thickness of the mold when choosing. Although the mold does not need to use too much force or other harsh environments, due to the frequent occurrence of mold injection and demoulding, the plastic mold will be very difficult. It is easy to cause problems such as loss and deformation. The basis for solving these problems is to widen the thickness of the mold. Therefore, in the process of selecting the mold, we can analyze the quality of the mold from the thickness.

2. Check whether the specifications of the extrusion die are standard. A good die can control the size of the extruded plastic products produced within a few tenths of a millimeter error, while an inferior die often produces a product error of a few millimeters or even a few centimeters.

3. Check the material and workmanship of the entire mold. A good mold should be very smooth on both the inside and outside, look shiny, and feel slightly moisturizing. The inferior mold may have burrs or potholes on the surface. It's just standing tall.
