Maintenance of standard parts of automobile mould

The maintenance of auto mold standard parts is extremely meticulous work. Each damaged auto mold standard part needs careful maintenance and maintenance, so as to achieve the desired effect and prolong the service life of the mold.

Punch and punch sleeve: Most of the punch and punch sleeve used in the standard parts of automobile molds are standard parts. During the use of automobile molds, the punches are prone to breakage, bending and gnawing. Punch sleeves are generally gnawed. Damaged punches and punch sleeves are generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the punch mainly include the size of the working part, the size of the installation part, and the length dimension.

Fastening parts: Check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The method to be taken is to find parts of the same specification for replacement.

Pressing and unloading parts: pressing parts such as pressure plate, superior glue, etc., unloading parts such as unloading plate, pneumatic jacking device, etc. During maintenance, check the assembly relationship of each part and whether it is damaged, and repair the damaged part. Pneumatic top material to check whether there is air leakage, and take measures for the specific situation. For example, replace the damaged trachea.

Spring and other elastic parts: In the process of use, the spring is one of the most easily damaged parts of the automobile mold, which usually breaks and deforms. The method to be adopted is to replace it, but during the replacement process, we must pay attention to the specifications and models of the spring, and the size of the spring. Specifications and models are determined by three items of color, outer diameter and length, and can only be replaced if these three items are the same.
