Pre-inspection of mould:
In order to find out the quality problems in time, the plastic mould should be inspected before it is installed. Mould repair should be carried out to avoid disassembling after it is installed. When the fixed and movable templates of the mould are inspected separately, attention should be paid to the direction marking so as to avoid mistakes in closing the mould.
2. Inclined guide die device:
When installing the mould, the two people should closely cooperate and pay attention to safety. If there is a lateral parting structure of the mould, the slider should be installed in the horizontal position, that is, the movable block moves left and right.
3. Mould tightening:
When the positioning ring of the mould is loaded into the positioning ring seat of the fixed template on the injection moulding machine, the mould is closed at a very slow speed, so that the moving template can press the mould gently, and then the pressing plate must be loaded with gaskets on the pressing plate. It is necessary for the pressing plate to be loaded up and down with four pieces each. When the pressing plate is loaded up, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the height of the adjusting screw to the same level as the foot. High, that is to say, the pressing plate should be flat. If the pressing plate is inclined, the die foot of the die can not be pressed tightly. The side of the pressing plate should not be close to the die, so as to avoid friction damage to the die.
4. Ejection distance of the right ejector rod:
After the die is tightened, the die should be opened slowly until the moving die stops withdrawing. This is the direction of the ejector rod should be adjusted to leave a gap of less than 5 mm between the ejector plate on the die and the bottom plate of the dynamic die to avoid damaging the die and ejecting the parts.
V. Adjustment of Closed-die Tightness:
In order to avoid overflow and ensure proper exhaust of the cavity, visual measurement and experience are used to adjust the structure of hydraulic injection plug-elbow locking die. That is to say, when the elbow is closed, the elbow is first fast and then slow, which is not very natural, nor is it too reluctantly straightened, and the tightness of the closed die is just right. For the mould requiring die temperature, the die tightness should be calibrated after the die temperature is increased.
6. Connecting cooling water:
After the cooling water is connected, it should be checked whether it is dredged or leaking.
