Through these information, the existing status of the mold can be determined, and the damage of the cavity, core, cooling system and parting surface can be found. According to the information provided by the plastic part, the damage status of the mold and the maintenance measures can be determined.

In the process of replacement, it is necessary to pay attention to the specification and model of the spring. The specification and model of the spring are confirmed by the color, outer diameter and length. Only when the three items are the same can they be replaced. The quality of the spring imported is better.
3: the punch is easy to break, bend and chew during the use of the die, and the punch sleeve is generally chewed. The damage of punch and punch sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of punch mainly include working part size, installation part size, length size, etc.
4: fasten the parts and check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The method is to find the parts of the same specification for replacement.
5: press parts such as press plate, eulex, etc., discharge parts such as stripper plate, pneumatic top material, etc. During the maintenance, check the relationship between the parts and whether there is damage, repair the damaged parts, check whether there is air leakage on the pneumatic top material, and take measures for the specific situation. If the air pipe is damaged, replace it.
Several important parts of the mold shall be tracked and tested: the function of ejection and guide parts is to ensure the opening and closing movement of the mold and ejection of plastic parts. If any part is stuck due to damage, production will be stopped. Therefore, the lubrication of the mold thimble and guide pillar shall be kept regularly (the most suitable lubricant shall be selected), and the deformation and surface damage of the thimble and guide pillar shall be checked regularly, Once found, it shall be replaced in time;
After a production cycle, professional antirust oil shall be applied to the working surface, moving and guiding parts of the mould, especially the protection of the elastic strength of the bearing parts of the mould with gear and rack and the spring mould, so as to ensure that it is always in the best working condition;
With the continuous production time, the cooling channel is easy to deposit scale, rust, sludge and algae, which makes the cross section of the cooling channel smaller and the cooling channel narrower, greatly reduces the heat exchange rate between the coolant and the mold, and increases the production cost of the enterprise. Therefore, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the channel;
For hot runner mould, the maintenance of heating and control system is helpful to prevent production failure, so it is particularly important.
